This 25.2V, 2500mAh Li-ion battery pack replaces the original power cell in the Samsung Bespoke Jet cordless stick vacuum range. It fits the VS20A95943N/SH, VS20A95923N/AA, Bespoke Jet Complete, and additional VS20A-series models sharing the same battery bay and connector. Capacity is 63Wh, matching the factory specification.
- Bespoke Jet VS20A-series compatibility: These models share a common 25.2V battery architecture, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. The vacuum's onboard controller authenticates the pack before enabling the motor — this replacement carries the correct cell configuration and communication profile to pass that check.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran the pack through full charge and discharge cycles on a VS20A-series unit. The BMS held cutoff correctly at low-cell threshold, and the charge indicator on the vacuum body reported state-of-charge accurately across all three power modes.
- Dock charging habit on Bespoke Jet units: Do not leave the vacuum seated on the wall dock permanently. Continuous trickle charging accelerates capacity fade in this pack faster than periodic charge cycles. Charge to full, then remove the vacuum from the dock until the next use.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low
The Bespoke Jet's motor controller pulls more current when airflow is restricted — a clogged filter or blocked wand forces the motor to work harder at the same RPM target. That elevated draw causes cell voltage to sag under load even when the pack still shows a mid-charge reading on the indicator. The BMS reads the sag as a low-cell condition and steps the motor back to protect the cells. Clear the filter and check the wand for blockages before assuming the battery is at fault.
Motor cutting out mid-clean and then recovering after a pause
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When suction is sustained against a blocked filter or a carpet fibre jam, current draw spikes past the pack's overcurrent threshold and the BMS disconnects the output rail. The vacuum goes silent, the pack cools slightly, and the BMS resets — which is why it powers back on after 30–60 seconds. Fix the root cause: clean or replace the filter, then confirm the wand and brush head are clear before restarting.
