This is a 25.2V 2500mAh (63Wh) lithium-ion replacement battery for the Samsung Bespoke Jet Pet Stick Vacuum, Jet 85, Jet 95, and VS20A95823W among other models in the same series. It slots into the same battery bay as the original VCA-SBT95 pack and connects to the same BMS handshake the vacuum expects before powering on. Capacity figures are sourced from the product specification — 2500mAh, 63Wh.
- Jet 85, Jet 95, and Bespoke Pet compatibility: These models share a 25.2V six-cell architecture and a common battery bay latch and connector. The vacuum's onboard controller checks for a BMS acknowledgement signal before allowing motor activation — any pack that passes this handshake powers the full motor range, from Eco to Max.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through full discharge and recharge on a Bespoke Jet Pet unit. The BMS held overcurrent cutoff correctly under sustained Max-mode draw, and the charge indicator on the vacuum reported accurately across all four LED stages.
- Dock charging habit on cordless vacuums: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the charging dock permanently. Continuous dock contact keeps the cells in a trickle-charge state that accelerates capacity fade. Charge to full, then remove the vacuum from the dock until the next use.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low
This happens when the motor is drawing more current than the BMS expects at a given state of charge. A partially blocked filter is the most common trigger — restricted airflow forces the motor to work harder, pulling current above the BMS threshold and causing it to throttle output voltage before the battery level is genuinely low. The vacuum interprets this as a normal operating state and does not flag a warning. Clean or replace the filter first, then retest at Max mode — suction should remain consistent until the battery indicator hits one bar.
Motor cutting out and then recovering on its own
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a faulty battery. When the motor encounters a blockage — matted pet hair at the brush roll, a clogged cyclone, or a fully saturated filter — current draw spikes sharply. The BMS cuts power to protect the cells, and the motor restarts once current demand drops. Clearing the blockage and resuming use will stop the cycle. If cut-outs persist on a clean machine with a new filter, measure the pack voltage at rest — it should read between 25.2V and 29.4V fully charged.
