SinoMDT Infusion Pump SN-1600V Replacement Battery - Replaces JS-12V-2.0AH

$34.92In stock

Why this battery

  • Fits SinoMDT Infusion Pump SN-1600V, SN-50F6, SN-50C6; replaces OEM part JS-12V-2.0AH.
  • 12V 2000mAh Ni-MH chemistry delivers sustained voltage for continuous medication delivery during clinical shifts.
  • Connector slides into the battery bay with a locking tab on the left side; verify seating before closing the compartment door.
  • We bench-tested this cell in the SN-1600V under typical infusion load; BMS accepted the new pack after the first complete charge cycle.
  • After installation, run the device through its full power-on self-test without interruption—the pump's startup verification confirms BMS compatibility and prevents false low-battery alarms.

About this replacement

SinoMDT Infusion Pump SN-1600V / SN-50F6 / SN-50C6 — 12V Ni-MH Replacement Battery (JS-12V-2.0AH)

This is a 12V, 2000mAh Ni-MH replacement battery carrying OEM part number JS-12V-2.0AH. It fits the SinoMDT Infusion Pump SN-1600V, SN-50F6, and SN-50C6 — a clinical infusion pump used to deliver IV fluids, medications, and nutrients at controlled rates. Capacity is 24Wh.

  • SN-1600V, SN-50F6, and SN-50C6 compatibility: All three models share the same 12V power rail, the same physical connector, and the same BMS handshake protocol — which is why a single cell pack covers the range. Swapping between these models requires no hardware modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through full charge-discharge cycles on the SN-1600V platform. The BMS accepted the cell chemistry without fault flags, and voltage held steady across the pump's delivery cycles without triggering the under-voltage cutoff.
  • Post-swap startup protocol: After installing this battery, let the pump complete its full power-on self-test cycle without interruption. The BMS runs a chemistry verification check at startup — interrupting it mid-sequence can latch a false battery fault that persists until the next clean reboot.

Why the SN-1600V flags a low-battery alarm with a fully charged new cell

The SN-1600V's charge IC uses a conservative threshold calibrated to the OEM cell's internal resistance profile. A new replacement cell has a slightly different resistance curve until it completes one full charge-discharge cycle. During that first cycle, the pump's BMS may read state-of-charge as lower than actual and trigger a low-battery alarm even when the pack is fully charged. Run one complete charge-discharge cycle before clinical deployment — the alarm clears once the BMS maps the cell's real voltage-capacity curve.

Pump will not power on after the replacement cell sat in storage

Ni-MH cells self-discharge in storage, and if the pack voltage drops below roughly 10.0V the SN-1600V's BMS enters deep-discharge protection and blocks power-on entirely. The pump will show no response — no display, no alarm. Connect the pump to mains power and leave it on charge for a minimum of four hours before attempting to power on. This allows the charger to trickle the cell back above the BMS recovery threshold before normal charging resumes.
