Why capacity matters on a pump-driven spray washer
The WA24C-LTE runs a 24V pump motor that pulls sustained current every time the trigger is held. A 5000mAh pack at 120Wh gives meaningful headroom under that continuous draw compared to smaller packs. Higher capacity also means the BMS spends less time near the low-voltage floor, where cell stress accumulates fastest over a battery's life.
Spray washer shuts off mid-use — what's happening and how to fix it
If the washer cuts out suddenly during use, the BMS has hit its low-voltage cutoff under pump load — not a faulty battery. This happens most often with a partially depleted pack pushed through a high-resistance nozzle setting. Swap to a freshly charged pack, clear the nozzle of any blockage, and the unit will restart normally. Store the battery above 40% charge when not in use to prevent deep discharge.
