This 21.6V, 2000mAh lithium-ion battery replaces the original pack in the Tineco Pure One S11 and A11 cordless stick vacuums. It matches OEM part numbers ZB1965-20P, S11-01, and 9VSPT111300. Swap it in when your original cell no longer holds charge or the vacuum shuts off early in a cleaning session.
- Pure One S11 and A11 compatibility: Both models run the same 21.6V motor rail and use an identical connector and BMS handshake protocol. One battery cell covers both platforms without modification.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge cycles on a Pure One S11 unit and confirmed the BMS communicated correctly with the vacuum's charge controller — no false low-battery flags and no overcurrent trips at sustained motor load.
- Dock charging on the S11 and A11: Do not leave the vacuum on the charging dock permanently. Continuous dock charging develops capacity fade significantly faster than charging only when the cell is depleted. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low
The S11 motor draws harder when airflow is restricted — a partially blocked filter causes current draw to spike above the cell's rated delivery threshold. The BMS responds by throttling output voltage before the indicator LED registers a low charge. The vacuum feels like it's losing power when the actual problem is upstream of the battery. Clean or replace the filter first; if suction restores at full throttle, the cell isn't the fault.
Motor cuts out mid-session and then recovers after a short pause
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. Sustained restricted suction — from a clogged filter or blocked brush roll — forces the motor to draw above the safe continuous current ceiling. The BMS cuts output to protect the cell, then resets once temperature drops. The pause that follows is the BMS re-arming, not the battery recharging. Clear the blockage and check brush roll for hair wrap before assuming the cell is faulty.
