This is a 25.2V Li-ion replacement battery rated at 2500mAh (63Wh) for the Tineco PURE ONE Station 5 and PURE ONE Station 5 Smart cordless stick vacuums. It uses OEM part number ZB2377-7S1P-01A and slots into the same battery bay as the original cell. When the stock battery no longer holds a full charge, this is the direct swap.
- PURE ONE Station 5 and Station 5 Smart compatibility: Both models run the same 25.2V motor rail and share an identical battery bay and connector. The BMS in each variant communicates with the same cell configuration, so one replacement covers both.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through full charge cycles on the Station 5 platform and confirmed the BMS handshake cleared without fault codes. Suction output held consistent across hard floor and carpet modes throughout the discharge cycle.
- Dock charging habit on the Station 5: Do not leave the vacuum seated on the charging dock between sessions. Continuous trickle charge on a Li-ion cell causes capacity fade faster than normal use cycles. Charge the battery fully, then remove it from the dock until the next clean.
Cordless vacuum losing suction before the battery indicator reaches low
The Station 5 motor draws more current when airflow is restricted — a blocked filter forces the motor to work harder, pulling the cell voltage down faster than normal. The battery indicator reads state-of-charge, not motor load, so it can show half-full while actual voltage under load has already sagged below useful motor output. The result is reduced suction before any low-battery warning appears. Check and clean the filter first; if suction recovers, the battery is not the cause.
Motor cuts out mid-clean then recovers after a few seconds
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the filter is partially blocked or the brush roll jams, current draw spikes beyond the cell's continuous discharge rating and the BMS opens the circuit to protect the cell. After a few seconds the BMS resets and the motor restarts. Clear the blockage, clean the filter, and check the brush roll for tangled debris. If cut-outs continue on a clean machine with a new filter, measure resting cell voltage — it should read 25.2V or above when fully charged.
