Cordless vacuum losing suction before the battery indicator reaches low
On the Pure One Station 5 Pro Go, the motor draws harder when airflow is restricted — a partially blocked filter makes the motor pull more current than rated to maintain suction. The BMS reads that elevated draw as a voltage sag event and throttles output before the fuel gauge catches up. The indicator can show two or three bars while suction has already dropped noticeably. Clean or replace the filter first; if the symptom persists on a clear filter, the cell pack has likely lost enough capacity that it can no longer sustain the motor's peak draw.
Motor cuts out mid-clean and then recovers after a few seconds
This is an overcurrent trip, not a total failure. When sustained suction restriction — a blockage in the brush head, hose, or a clogged post-filter — forces the motor to draw beyond the BMS overcurrent threshold, the BMS shuts the output rail and resets automatically once current drops. The few-second recovery delay is the BMS cooldown timer, not a loose connection. Clear the restriction and recheck; if the cutout continues on a fully unblocked airpath, check the filter condition before concluding the battery is at fault.
