This 3.7V, 800mAh Li-ion cell replaces the internal battery in the TomTom One, One Europe, One Regional, Rider, and over 22 additional TomTom navigator variants. It fits the compact 44.30 × 34.10 × 5.00mm battery bay and uses OEM part numbers F650010252 and F709070710. Install it when the original cell no longer holds enough charge to power the device through a full navigation session without a USB cable.

The Rider variant uses the same cell inside a ruggedised housing but draws from the identical 3.7V rail.

GPS accuracy dropping at low battery on TomTom One
When the TomTom One's battery voltage falls below roughly 3.5V, the unit reduces power to the GPS receiver module to extend remaining uptime. This cuts receiver sensitivity, which weakens satellite signal acquisition — particularly in urban canyons or under tree cover where signal is already marginal. The result is position jumps, missed turns, or the map freezing briefly mid-route. Replacing the cell restores full receiver voltage and fixes the accuracy drop without any setting changes.
TomTom One shutting off without warning before the battery indicator hits empty
The battery percentage indicator on the TomTom One is calibrated against the original cell's discharge curve. An aged or previously discharged cell has a steeper voltage drop than the firmware expects, so the unit hits its hardware cutoff threshold — around 3.0V — while the screen still shows 20–30% remaining. The warning never triggers because the voltage collapse is faster than the indicator's update cycle. Fitting a fresh cell re-aligns the discharge curve with the firmware's calibration, so the visual indicator and the actual cutoff point match again.
