TOTAL TVCRR30201 — 11.1V Li-ion Replacement Battery (INR18650-3S1P)
This is an 11.1V, 2600mAh Li-ion battery pack for the TOTAL TVCRR30201 cordless vacuum. It uses a three-cell series configuration (3S1P) matching the voltage rail and connector of the original pack. Fit the replacement and the vacuum's motor runs at the correct operating voltage from the first charge cycle.
- TVCRR30201 platform fit: The TVCRR30201 motor controller expects an 11.1V nominal input from a 3S Li-ion pack. This battery matches that voltage rail and the original BMS communication profile, so the vacuum powers on and charges without triggering fault codes.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack under sustained motor load and verified the BMS held voltage within the expected discharge curve. Cutoff triggered correctly at the low-cell threshold — no premature shutdowns and no runaway discharge observed.
- Dock charging on the TVCRR30201: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the dock permanently. The TVCRR30201 charger does not drop to a true maintenance rate once the pack is full — continuous dock connection degrades cell capacity faster than normal cycling. Charge to full, then remove the unit from the dock.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator shows low
The TVCRR30201 motor draws significantly more current when the filter is partially blocked or the dustbin is full. Under that restricted load, cell voltage sags early and the BMS reads it as a low-charge condition even though the pack has capacity left. The motor slows, suction drops, but the LED indicator hasn't reached the low bar yet. Clean the filter and empty the bin first — if suction recovers immediately, the battery is not the cause.
Motor cuts out briefly then restarts on its own
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a flat battery. When the vacuum's airpath is restricted — blocked nozzle, clogged filter, or full bin — the motor strains and draws current above the BMS protection threshold. The BMS cuts the pack to protect the cells, then resets once current demand drops. Clear the blockage, check the filter, and restart. If the cutout repeats on a clean filter with a new battery, the motor itself is drawing excessive current and needs inspection.
