Vivo iQOO 10 5G Replacement Battery - Replaces B-T9

$31.83In stock

Why this battery

  • Fits Vivo iQOO 10 5G and replaces OEM part number B-T9.
  • 7.74V and 2200mAh Li-Polymer chemistry delivers full system power to processor, modem, and display.
  • Connector seats flush into the original battery slot with standard locking tab orientation unchanged.
  • We ran full discharge cycles on a test unit; BMS accepted charge current without fault codes.
  • On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle to let the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve before high-current fast charging resumes.

About this replacement

Vivo iQOO 10 5G / iQOO 9T Series — 7.74V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (B-T9)

The B-T9 is a 7.74V, 2200mAh Li-Polymer cell that fits the Vivo iQOO 10 5G (V2217A), iQOO 9T, and iQOO 9T 5G. It replaces the original battery when the cell has degraded, lost capacity, or stopped holding a charge. Capacity is 17.03Wh — matched to the OEM specification in the product data.

  • iQOO 10 5G and 9T series compatibility: These models share the same dual-cell Li-Polymer pack arrangement, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. The B-T9 part number covers the full series because the voltage rail and charge IC communication spec are identical across V2217A and the iQOO 9T variants.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the iQOO 10 5G platform. The BMS accepted the cell without rejection flags, fast-charge negotiation completed after the first full cycle, and the coulomb counter tracked state-of-charge without erratic jumps past the first calibration discharge.
  • First-cycle fuel gauge reset: On first use after installation, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge-charge cycle at standard rate. The fuel gauge IC is calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve. Feeding high current into an uncalibrated cell causes the percentage display to jump and can trigger a premature low-battery shutdown.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the iQOO 10 5G after a cell swap

This is a voltage cliff issue, not a capacity fault. When the 5G modem or the AMOLED display pulls peak current, the new cell's internal resistance causes a momentary voltage sag. If the voltage drops below the BMS cutoff threshold — typically around 3.0V per cell — the phone shuts off even though the fuel gauge still shows 20–30% remaining. The fix is one full calibration cycle: drain the phone to auto-shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100% without removing the cable. After that cycle, the coulomb counter maps the actual discharge curve of the new cell and the shutdowns stop.

USB-PD or FlashCharge not negotiating after replacement

On the first charge after installation, the BMS in a new cell may not immediately accept the proprietary high-voltage handshake that Vivo's FlashCharge protocol requires. The charge IC defaults to 5V standard input instead of the elevated voltage rail. Plug the phone in with the original Vivo adapter and leave it connected for a full charge without interrupting the session — do not unplug and replug mid-charge. If FlashCharge still does not engage after the first complete cycle, check that the adapter output matches the 120W or 66W rating required by the device variant.
