Wiko View 2 / View 2 Pro — 3.85V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (S104-Z37000-000)
This 3.85V, 2900mAh Li-Polymer cell replaces the original battery in the Wiko View 2, View 2 Pro, C800AE, and W-C800. It matches OEM part numbers S104-Z37000-000, TLE1707, TLP17G26, and 356580H. Swap it in when the original cell no longer holds a charge or causes unexpected shutdowns.
- View 2 and View 2 Pro compatibility: Both models share the same battery bay dimensions, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. One cell fits both. No adapter or wiring change needed.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through full charge and discharge cycles on the View 2 platform. The BMS communicated correctly with the phone's charge IC, and thermal readings stayed within spec across the full cycle.
- Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: Disable fast charging for the first complete discharge-charge cycle after installation. The fuel gauge IC needs one full cycle at standard current to build an accurate discharge curve against the new cell before fast charging pushes higher current into an uncalibrated cell.
Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the View 2 after a cell swap
The View 2's fuel gauge IC retains the discharge curve from the old, degraded cell. When a fresh cell is installed, the IC can still predict an early voltage cliff that no longer exists — but under modem or screen load, if the new cell's actual voltage dips sharply in that range, the phone cuts power to protect the SoC. Run one full discharge to below 5%, then charge to 100% without interruption. After that cycle, the coulomb counter resets against the real discharge curve of the new cell, and the shutdowns stop.
USB-PD fast charge not activating on the first cycle after replacement
On the first charge after installation, the View 2's charge IC may not negotiate fast charging with the new cell's BMS. This happens because the BMS hasn't yet confirmed a full communication handshake with the host IC. Charge once at standard speed using the OEM cable and a 5V/1A adapter. On the second charge, connect the fast charger — the handshake completes correctly and fast charging resumes at the expected rate.
