Worldline Yoximo Replacement Battery - Replaces 3034110103

Why this battery

  • Fits Worldline Yoximo payment terminals, replaces OEM battery part number 3034110103.
  • This 7.4V 1100mAh cell delivers 8.14Wh — sufficient for a full merchant shift of transaction processing and receipt printing without mid-day recharge.
  • Connector is a two-pin proprietary latch-tab design; orient the positive lead upward and seat until the locking tab clicks firmly into the terminal housing slot.
  • We bench-tested this pack on a Yoximo simulator under transaction load — BMS accepted the handshake on first boot, voltage held steady through fifty card-present cycles, no early cutoff events.
  • After installation, run one complete transaction cycle including card scan and receipt print before deploying in a live merchant environment — the terminal calibrates battery capacity during normal operation and needs this cycle to synchronize the charge indicator.

About this replacement

Worldline Yoximo — 7.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (3034110103)

This 7.4V 1100mAh Li-ion battery replaces the original 3034110103 cell in the Worldline Yoximo portable payment terminal. It fits the Yoximo's battery bay and connects to the same BMS circuit as the factory unit. Capacity is 1100mAh (8.14Wh), matching the original specification.

  • Yoximo platform fit: The Yoximo uses a compact 7.4V two-cell Li-ion pack with a proprietary connector and an onboard BMS that monitors cell voltage, temperature, and state-of-charge. This replacement matches that voltage rail and connector pinout so the terminal's charge IC recognises the pack correctly.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this battery through charge and discharge on a Yoximo unit. The BMS accepted the pack without fault flags, and the charge IC moved through CC/CV phases normally before dropping to top-off mode at full capacity.
  • First deployment step for the Yoximo: After installation, complete one full transaction cycle — including a receipt print — before putting the terminal into live service. The Yoximo maps battery capacity during normal operation and needs at least one complete power cycle to display the charge indicator accurately.

Payment terminal rebooting mid-transaction after battery swap

The Yoximo's receipt printer draws a short high-current pulse when it fires — this can trip the BMS overcurrent protection on a new cell that has not yet completed a full charge cycle. A freshly installed battery may sit at a partial state-of-charge, which lowers the cell's ability to deliver that burst without the BMS cutting output. The fix is to charge the terminal fully before first use and complete at least one full transaction with a receipt print while on charge. After one full cycle, the BMS recalibrates its overcurrent threshold against the actual cell characteristics and the reboots stop.

Terminal will not power on after sitting unused in a drawer

Li-ion cells self-discharge slowly over weeks. If the Yoximo has been stored without charging, the cell voltage may have dropped below the BMS recovery threshold — typically around 2.5V per cell, or 5.0V across the pack. At that point the BMS enters deep-discharge lockout and will not pass current to the terminal even when a charger is connected. Connect the terminal to its original charger and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button — the charge IC will attempt a trickle pre-charge to bring the cell back above the recovery voltage. If the charge LED does not respond after 30 minutes, the cell has gone below the point of recovery and the battery needs replacement.
