The Wh value reported in the BIOS or Windows battery report pulls from EEPROM data written to the BMS chip — not directly from the cell chemistry. When a replacement cell arrives, the EEPROM may report a rated figure from a slightly different revision of the original firmware, causing a mismatch against the 53.2Wh spec. This is a reporting artefact, not a capacity fault.
