When cell voltage dips below the BMS cutoff threshold — typically around 3.0V under load — the unit interrupts the RF link before fully powering down. Charging dock not registering the new battery after a swap
If the dock shows no charging activity after installing a replacement pack, the most common cause is contact resistance at the dock pins rather than a fault with the cell itself.
