Zoncare PM-7000C / PM-7000M — 11.1V Li-ion Replacement Battery (JHT-99G-00)
This is an 11.1V, 2600mAh Li-ion battery replacing the JHT-99G-00 cell in Zoncare portable pulse oximeters. It fits the PM-7000C and PM-7000M monitoring units used for non-invasive SpO2 and pulse rate monitoring in clinical and home settings. Voltage and capacity match OEM specification exactly.
- PM-7000C and PM-7000M compatibility: Both models run on the same 11.1V three-cell Li-ion architecture and share the JHT-99G-00 form factor, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol. One battery covers both units without modification.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and load on a PM-7000C unit. The BMS completed handshake on first connection, the charge IC accepted the cell without fault flags, and the device held stable voltage under continuous SpO2 sampling load.
- Post-swap startup protocol: After installing this battery, allow the PM-7000C or PM-7000M to complete its full power-on self-test without interrupting or powering off mid-sequence. The BMS runs a chemistry verification step at boot, and cutting power during this phase logs a persistent battery fault that will not clear until the device completes a clean reboot.
Device not completing boot sequence after battery swap
The PM-7000C runs an internal self-test on every power cycle that includes a BMS verification pass. A fresh cell that has not completed one full charge-discharge cycle may report a state-of-charge value the device's charge IC treats as out of range. This causes the boot sequence to stall or restart before the device reaches the monitoring screen. One full charge from empty to 100% followed by a normal discharge cycle gives the BMS enough data to pass the verification threshold on subsequent boots.
Low battery alarm triggers immediately after a confirmed full charge
This happens when the device's charge IC applies a conservative cut-off on an unconditioned new cell, accepting charge to around 95–97% capacity rather than the full 4.2V per cell endpoint. The PM-7000C compares reported capacity against its OEM-calibrated threshold, and anything below that threshold trips the low battery alarm at startup. Run one complete charge-discharge cycle — discharge until the device powers down from depletion, then charge uninterrupted to 100% — and the BMS recalibrates its capacity estimate to match the actual cell.
